Job Description     
-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
-Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them.
-Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions and recommending pay structure revisions.
-Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
-Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system: keeping past and current records.
-Manages employee communication and feedback through such avenues as company meetings, suggestion programs, employee satisfaction surveys and one-on-one meetings
-Coordinates all human resources training and orientation programs and manages the ?company-wide committees?.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education Level    Degree
Qualifications    Educated to degree level in business, marketing or a related field from a reputable university
Software    Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and skills in database management and record keeping
